ZT Case is a custom EVA case manufacturer in Longgang District, Shenzhen, China. We have made custom EVA cases and bags for over 10 years, since 2016. Each case is a thermoformed EVA hard shell with a zipper closure and an EVA foam insert cut to fit the product inside. Molding, sewing, inspection and packing are done in our own 4,000 sqm factory.
Brands, importers and product companies order these cases to protect a product in transport and to present it at retail. You choose the shell colour, the lining, the foam layout and the logo method. MOQ is 500 pcs, samples take 1 to 3 weeks, and bulk production runs 30 to 45 days after the sample is approved.

What is the minimum order quantity for EVA hard cases?
500 pcs for most products. If you are testing a new product, ask us about a smaller trial run.
How is the foam insert made for my product?
Send the product dimensions, or the product itself. The insert layout is confirmed at the design stage, before the mold is cut. Inserts can be die cut foam inserts, CNC cut foam or plain foam lining, and the lid can add a mesh pocket or elastic straps.
Can you put our logo on the products?
