About ZT Case
ZT Case is a custom EVA case and bag manufacturer in Longgang District, Shenzhen, China. We have made custom EVA cases and bags since 2016. We produce OEM and ODM orders for brands, importers and distributors: you send a product, a drawing or a photo, and we build the case or the bag around it, with your colours, your logo and a foam insert cut to fit what goes inside.
Molding, thermoforming, sewing, inspection and packing are all done in our own factory. No part of production is outsourced, so dimensions, materials and delivery dates stay under our control from the first sample to the final carton. Most products start at an MOQ of 500 pcs, samples take 1 to 3 weeks, and bulk orders ship in 30 to 45 days after the sample is approved.

Drawing or sample
Send a drawing, a photo, or the product itself. The quote lists materials, tooling and unit price at your quantities.

Mold
Engineers confirm dimensions, foam layout and construction, then cut the mold. Drawings and material swatches are approved before the mold is cut.

1 to 3 weeks
Sample
A physical sample is built to specification with your logo, colours and hardware, and shipped to you for approval.

30 to 45 days
Bulk production
Thermoforming and sewing run with in-line checks at each station. Photo and video progress updates on request.

AQL 2.5
Quality check
Final random inspection to AQL 2.5 before packing. The inspection report with photos is sent before the balance is due.

Shipping
Export cartons, pallets and shipping documents are prepared by our office.

Quality
Production runs under an ISO 9001 quality management system. Inspection is done in four stages.
Incoming materials
EVA sheet hardness and thickness are measured on arrival. Fabric colour is compared with the approved swatch, zippers are tested, and hardware and foam are checked before they go to the line.
In process
Shell dimensions are measured during thermoforming. Sewing stations are checked for stitch count and seam strength. Logo position and print are checked against the approved sample.
Final inspection
Random inspection to AQL 2.5 (ANSI/ASQ Z1.4). Size, workmanship, function, zipper operation and packing are checked on the sampled units.
Pre-shipment
Carton count, carton weight and carton marks are checked against the packing list. A photo inspection report is sent before the balance is due. Material test reports (SGS / RoHS) are available on request.
